1.Electronic Reverse Switch

In the market, Counterparts’ electric quad is equipped with mechanical reverse switch, it is lower cost but not easily operated by kids.Our Spyracing electric quad is equipped with electronic reverse switch. It is our unique design for electric mini quad and more easily and conveniently for kids to control. In addition, we set a device to  protecting this switch: When quad moving forward, touch the reverse switch, it will not work, only when quad stopped completely,then touch it and start quad again, the reverse will work.

2.Patented Frame & Rocker Arm

After researching the feedback from market, we specially designed our spyracing patented front suspension rocker. Our frame and rocker arm is made of high quality steel and the weight is heavy than Counterparts'. With our patented rocker, our quad is more comfortable, stable and flexible when driving than counterparts’ quad.

3.  Famous Brand Tire, Hub wheel & Hub Wheel  Cover

Our Spyracing electric quad equipped with China famous brand tire, made of high quality rubber and newly wheel tread design. It is more durable than counterpart’s ones
In addition, in order to make quad more stable, we have been doing dynamic balance test on hub wheel.And our electric quad outfitted hub wheel cover, which is dust-proof, waterproof,rustproof and makes quad more beautiful in appearance than counterparts’.

4. Hardened and Tempered Rear Axle

Rear Axle is a important part of electric quad, our rear axle has been hardened and tempered, which makes rear axle superior in hardness and strength. While conterparts never process it for cost saving.

5. High-Quality Famous Brand Battery

The battery we used is China famous brand Battery, which is high quality, durbale and heavy than Counterparts' battery.

6. Customized Controller

Our controller for electric quad is customized one, with built-in reverse. 3+1speed, with device for protecting reverse, battery and motor. The reverse speed set at 5km/h to keep kids safety.

7. 74teeth rear sprocket

Our use more bigger rear sprocket, which have 74teeth. The bigger rear sprocket makes the motor working more longer without heating up and provide more stronger gradeablity.

8. Battery box,Charging Port and Charger Kit Bag

Our Battery box is customized high-quality plastic box, which can well protect the battery than counterparts' battery box that made of cloth. Our Charging Port is located at the front body of vehicle and equipped with water-proof charger kit bag.It is more convenient for charging. Counterparts’ quad with charging port inside of vehicle body, without charging kit bag

9. Wire Layout

Our wire layout in quad bike is orderliness, which makes quad more tidy and beautiful.While counterparts’ one is messy.
